Delivery Information

GUARANTEED - SAME DAY delivery applies to most areas when you place your order/s by 12pm that day. We will contact you if this is not possible. Business address deliveries must be placed by 12pm same day. Deliveries for Saturday must be placed by 10.30 am same day. We ensure that all deliveries reach business addresses (provided accurate company names and contact numbers have been provided) by 5 pm. Orders to residential addresses will be delivered up until 6.30 pm. We do not deliver Sunday or on public holidays except for Mother's Day and Valentines day.

If no one is home and we are unable to leave your gift safely it will be returned to Your Pick flowers for re-delivery the following day. This will incur another delivery charge. Your Pick Flowers are unable to cancel or make changes to delivery address, dates, names, card messages, price, products or any other amendments after your order has been dispatched.
